As far as we are aware, it is the first fitness platform that covers the full range of strength, cardio, social, goals, leaderboard and a complete personal trainer portal under a single app and a single subscription.

What ASHA does for users

Strength training

Custom workout templates with supersets, circuits, and a built-in rest timer. Every set goes into your history. Personal records are detected automatically across 1-rep, 3-rep, and 5-rep maxes for every exercise. There are smart "Push" suggestions when your reps suggest you're ready to add weight. The exercise history graphs show your real progression at a glance — not just numbers in a table.

Cardio

GPS tracking for running, cycling, swimming and walking. Live pace, distance, route map, elevation, splits. Open-water and pool modes for swimming. Heart rate via compatible wearables. Auto-pause when you stop. No second app needed.

HYROX race mode (beta)

A dedicated race simulator with station-by-station tracking and Open / Pro / Couples Mixed categories. We're still building this one out — Australia is in the middle of a HYROX boom and we want this feature to be best-in-class, not rushed.

Leaderboards

Every personal record you set is automatically ranked against every other ASHA user — globally, by country, by state, and by suburb. This is the feature nobody else has. Knowing that your 140kg deadlift puts you in the top 5% of your suburb is the kind of feedback that changes how you train.

Friends and feed

Add friends, see their workouts, cheer on their PRs, join challenges. It's social done quietly — accountability and encouragement, not vanity. No followers, no influencers, no infinite scroll.

Goals and calendar

Set strength, cardio and body composition goals with progress tracking against milestones. Schedule workouts days or weeks ahead in the training calendar. ASHA tells you when you're on pace and when you're behind.

What ASHA does for personal trainers

The ASHA PT Portal is built into the same app. Once a trainer is approved, the Settings screen unlocks an entire dashboard for managing clients.

Client management

Every client linked via your PT code shows up in your client list. Last-active date, compliance percentage, group memberships — all in one view. Tap any client to see their full workout history, PR list, weight progression charts and goals progress.

Workout assignment and scheduling

Open the Client Scheduler, pick a client, drop workouts onto a calendar. Schedule programs days or weeks ahead. Clients see the assigned workouts inside their normal calendar view. If they reschedule, you see it. If they skip, you see it.

Live compliance tracking

Know who completed their session, who skipped, who hasn't trained in three days — in real time. No more guessing how the team is doing between check-ins.

In-app messaging

Chat with any client without leaving the platform they already use. No SMS, no separate messaging tool, no platform-hopping.

Groups

Bundle clients into groups (e.g. "powerlifting", "HYROX prep", "5am crew") and assign workouts to a whole group at once. Run a small coaching business from inside the app you already use to train.

Check-ins, notes, and exports

Schedule check-in prompts for energy, soreness, mood. Keep private client notes timestamped. Export full client summaries when you need a printable PDF.

Trainer pricing: Starter $25 AUD/month for up to 10 clients · Pro $60 AUD/month for up to 30 · Elite $75 AUD/month for up to 50. Custom pricing above that. The PT plan bills on top of your normal ASHA user subscription, which means every PT account is also a fully-functional ASHA training account — you eat your own cooking.

Why this matters

The fitness app market has been stuck in single-purpose tools for over a decade. Each app does its one thing, syncs poorly with the rest, and charges a subscription. The user pays four times for fragmented data they can't see end-to-end.

The trainer market is worse. Most PT-management software is expensive enterprise SaaS designed for gym chains, not for the individual coach with 20 clients on the side. The ones built for individual trainers cost more than they make on three clients.

ASHA is built differently. One app. One subscription. Full-featured for both sides. Priced in AUD, made in Australia, kept simple on purpose.
