When you create an account and open the app, you'll be prompted to start a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ASHA → Cancel Subscription. You can also manage your subscription within the ASHA app under Settings → Manage Subscription. On Android, open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions.
Can I get a refund?
If you cancel during your free trial, you won't be charged. For paid subscription refunds, please contact Apple or Google directly through the relevant store, or email us and we'll help guide you through the process.
How do I track a workout?
From the Home screen, select your activity type — Strength, Running, Cycling, Swimming, Walking, or HYROX. For strength training, you can use a saved template or create a new workout. For cardio, tap Start and ASHA will track your session with GPS.
Can I use ASHA on multiple devices?
Yes. Sign in with the same email on any device and your data will sync automatically across iOS and Android.
How do I add friends?
Go to the Friends tab and search for your friends by username. You can also share your profile link so they can find you.
How does the leaderboard work?
Your lifts are automatically ranked against everyone using the app globally, by country, state and suburb. Only your max for each exercise counts — and your placement updates in real time as you hit new PRs.
What is HYROX mode?
HYROX is a fitness racing format with 8 stations and runs in between. ASHA includes a dedicated race simulator with station-by-station tracking, splits, and Open / Pro / Couples categories.
How do I become a personal trainer on ASHA?
Becoming a trainer is a four-step process inside the app:
Sign up as a regular ASHA user with your email and create a profile.
Start a subscription — Weekly, Monthly or Yearly (7-day free trial included). A normal user subscription is required before you can apply.
Open Settings and tap Apply for trainer. Fill out your business name, Instagram, certifications and a short bio.
We review applications manually (usually within 2–3 business days). Once approved, the PT Dashboard unlocks inside Settings and you'll pick a PT plan based on how many clients you manage.
Once approved you'll get a unique PT code to share with clients — when they sign up using it, they're linked to you automatically.
How much does the PT (trainer) plan cost?
Trainer plans are billed monthly in AUD and sit on top of your regular user subscription:

You'll pick your plan inside the app right after your trainer application is approved (Settings → below the Apply for trainer button).

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account inside the app. This permanently removes all your data. You can also request deletion via this form.
